“I genuinely enjoy providing excellent service to all my clients. When I began my career, I bought a portfolio from Wilcox and I was very impressed with the knowledge and skills of the staff. Moreover, when I got my name embossed on my portfolio, I went to a binding shop in the City of London that was still going over 100 years after it opened. Again- the staff were dedicated and highly trained. 7 years ago, for my own wedding, I was shopping in the delicious material shops on Broadwick St and I was amazed by the staff who had made textiles their vocation and consequently, the service was excellent because it was their passion. I love the service that traditional London shops, hotels and suppliers provide. It makes me proud to be British and a Londoner. When we get it right, I feel that we lead the way in creating products and services. What is the difference between good and excellent? Going the extra mile. I enjoy thinking about my brides’ weddings in my own time; checking the weather for the wedding day, making contact with the wedding party to discuss styles ahead of the big day and liaising with the venue in order to make life easier for the bride on her arrival. Being with the bride and her bridal party on the morning of the most important day of her life is a joy and a privilege. My job as hair and makeup artist begins days before the brushes and pallets come out.”
